Key holding � we hold your keys to your property offering you the opportunity to have a central secure location.

Property checks � we will regularly visit your property checking its security, internal systems such as toilets, electrical equipment etc. In addition, we offer a �freshen-up� service to our customers whereby we will ensure that your property has a very basic clean up, basic provisions are stocked in your fridge (milk, bread & water) prior to your arrival, allowing you a positive start to your holiday.

Bill paying � we will pay all of your utility bills on your behalf (water, electricity & telephone). All we ask is that you leave a monetary deposit of �100-�200 depending on your usage. If your funds become depleted, we will advise you of the shortfall by your preferred contact details, and adjust your bill accordingly.

Maintenance � we have fully qualified electricians, plumbers and satellite technicians within our organisation offering a complete maintenance service.

Gardening � we will ensure that the ground maintenance of the building is of an acceptable standard tending to gardens and shrubs were applicable.

Swimming Pool Maintenance � probably the single most important asset of your property after the building is the swimming pool. We offer a complete pool maintenance service which will include chemicals, cleaning and general servicing.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES (prices and additional information available on request)

Furnishing Assistance � after your property purchase you will need to shop around for furniture. We will assist you by suggesting what furniture to purchase and where the most competitive prices can be found.

Airport Transfers � we will arrange for you to be collected/dropped off at any of the major airports servicing the Altinkum and surrounding areas. These will also be offered at very competitive prices.

Property Rental � you may have purchased your property as an investment with a view to renting it during the times that you are not using it. We will ensure that your customers experience in your property will be a complete and stress-free time.

Shipping/Import/Export � using our extensive network of local companies, we offer this service to all of our customers giving you the opportunity to either bring your own personal valuables to your property or to ship any local purchases back to your country.
