Using Your Card

Before you can use your Secure Ṫrust Bànk Prepaid Card you need to Activate it online. You can do this by logging into your Inteŗnet Bańking.

Once logged in to your Inteŗnet Bańking, you can 'load' money from your Current Account onto your card, Your Prepaid Card is widely accepted at over 30 million outlets displaying the MasterCard® acceptance mark. Transaction fees apply when using your Prepaid Card abroad, see Account Fees for details.
Using your card abroad
We monitor accounts for unusual foreign transactions, so let us know before you travel abroad. Please call us on 0121 683 6410 to let us know and it'll reduce the chance of us declining a holiday transaction on your card.
