 Hi, the webdav mapping has stopped working on both my accounts.

when can log on ok but when we try to map a drive it fails with the message that it cannot find the path.

so i tried a fresh install and i get the following error as attached in the image

 We are experiencing the same issue. Does support have a plan to get our files back online?

Thanks very much for reporting your issues. It does indeed seem that there is a DNS problem affecting DriveHQ.com which is prompted by the domain provider Domain Registrar of America. You can read the updates made by our team on Twitter: https://twitter.com/TheDriveHQ

While Domain Registrar of America has this issue ongoing, you will need to use either FTP (use ftp.firstcloudit.com instead of ftp.drivehq.com) or the website (http://drivehq.firstcloudit.com instead of http://drivehq.com) to upload/download files.

This is the first time in 14+ years we've had an issue with them, so we are expecting this to be resolved within the next few hours.
