I have encountered a few times errors when I tried to sync a server folder with local folder. There were some files or some folders in the process of downloading or uploading being stopped and then "error" showed on the status bar.

Could you please resume the upload / download task at the bottom of FileManager? Usually it is caused by some temporary network problems.

It is very rare that FileManager fails to upload a file. If any file failed to upload / download consistently, please email DriveHQ customer support with more detailed info, incl. your OS, file name, size and type. If the file is small, please email the file to DriveHQ customer support.
