For free service members (only): our service agreement states that you must log in at least once every 3 months. In practice, you should log in at least once / year.

Yes. You can log in from DriveHQ FileManager, WebDAV Drive Mapping, DriveHQ Team Anywhere remote desktop, DriveHQ Online Backup, or our mobile apps.

Important Note: The FTP/FTPS/SFTP hosting service is not included in our free plan and personal service plans. You can use a free account or personal account to try our FTP service. But it is very limited. For long term use, or if it is for business, please order a low-cost Business Basic plan. For personal use, or for non-profit organizations, we can offer a special discount. Please send an email to DriveHQ support first.

If you have a business subscription, then there is generally no special FTP/SFTP usage limit. You could be limited by your account's max storage and max monthly download bytes limit. Very few users hit any limit. If you are concerned about it, please email us with your specific requirements.

Based on the answer of question 2, if I access my drive via SFTP access every day, my account won't be deleted?

I known the limit lf Free plan, but I want to ask the specific limitations?
