Do not wish to continue with a services and when i clcik on the My Account button i cant see UNSUBCRIBE option anywhere

You can cancel your subscription from:

Subscribe --> Current Subscription, select the subscription to cancel.

Please note you must delete your files (and sub-users if you have created any sub-users) and then cancel your subscription. If you have balance due, please also make a payment (deposit) online.

To cancel, please logon to your account and follow the below steps:

1. Go to the My Account (Account Details) section

2. From here, select Transaction History --> Current Subscription

3. On the current subscription page, you will be able to select any existing Order ID and "cancel"
 

Once you have done this, you will receive no further billing emails to from our system. Look forward to hearing back from you.
