Hi, there:

I cannot send any email with an attachment in the Outlook program. It's okay to send the same attachment from the drivehq.com email site. Anyone know why?

Please double check the problem. Our email server works fine; DriveHQ customer support staff uses the same email server system and they has no problem sending / receiving emails.

If you still experience this problem, it is most likely that some anti-virus software has blocked DriveHQ client software / Email client software from connecting to DriveHQ.com
