I’m having problems installing DriveHQ File Manager. The installer always crashes, even with no other applications running (including anti-virus), or in safe mode. Here's the crash info:

AppName: drivehqfilemanager.exe            AppVer: 12.0.0.49974    ModName: drivehqfilemanager.exe

ModVer: 12.0.0.49974     Offset: 0001e48b

Anyone else experience this? This application would be a wonderful tool for my company... if it worked. I'm using Windows XP SP3. Advice is appreciated.

Thanks!

Looks like they have a bad file up there. I tried download on 2 different machines and got errors. I have one I downloaded a couple days ago and it installs fine.

Ooops. Actually it is the backup manager that is not installing for me.

It seems there was a temporary problem which has been fixed. Please try to download DriveHQ FileManager again. (You might need to clear your browser cache)

Sorry for the inconvenience. We have just quietly migrated a new version 4.5 DriveHQ Online Backup. Somehow we made a mistake, it has been fixed now. Please try the newer version and let us know if you have any questions.
