I have three backups scheduled to run daily. Sometimes they work fine, and sometimes they stop working (I checked today and realised no backup had run for a week!)

I have a positive balance and no problems with my computer, internet connections etc.

Hi, could you email us more info about the problem? Try to find out how this problem happens. We need to duplicate the problem here before we can fix it.

Also, please note we have a newer version released on Mar 7, 2007. Please download the new version and see if it fixes the problem.
