New account here, have successfully used this camera (Stardot NetCam XL) for years on a private server.  We do not need streaming video - it's set to upload images every few minutes.  Got it working and it successfully uploaded one image, but then no newer images are visible.  The camera appears to be sending.  Any ideas?

Hi, your account is fine. CameraFTP service is also fine. We have setup server-side log for your account to check if your camera uploaded any new images. So far, your camera has not connected to CameraFTP's FTP server at all. It could be caused by the following reasons:

(1) Your camera is not working. Please make sure your camera is up and running. Turn off (unplug) the camera, and turn it on again. 

(2) Please check if you can connect to the camera's configruation page from a local PC.

If so, please verify that you configured the camera to upload images to CameraFTP's FTP server (ftp.cameraftp.com). Please visit this setup guide document:
