El dia de hoy luego de 2 semanas en pruebas decidimos borrar todo para ya configurar la solucion permanente pues resulta que cuando hicimos eso ahora no me deja reinstalar las camaras con los nombres finales porque indica que ya no tengo licencias, cuando tengo 9 pagas

I checked your account and noticed that you have not deleted your cameras in your cloud account.

If you use CameraFTP VSS software as a virtual NVR, please note you can delete a camera from VSS without deleting it from your cloud account. To re-use the camera license, you need to delete them from your cloud account as well. You can log in to www.cameraftp.com website, then go to My Cameras page, then delete the un-used camera folders from your cloud account.  After that, you might need to refresh the VSS software (log off / log in again, or quit and launch it again, or refresh it from Settings). You can then add more cameras to VSS. If you have any more issues, please email us and attach a screenshot showing your problem. Thank you.

He revisado tu cuenta y he notado que no has eliminado tus cámaras de tu cuenta en la nube.

Si utilizas el software CameraFTP VSS como NVR virtual, ten en cuenta que puedes eliminar una cámara de VSS sin eliminarla de tu cuenta en la nube. Para reutilizar la licencia de la cámara, también debes eliminarla de tu cuenta en la nube. Puedes iniciar sesión en www.cameraftp.com, ir a la página "Mis cámaras" y eliminar las carpetas de cámaras que no uses de tu cuenta en la nube. Después, es posible que tengas que actualizar el software VSS (cerrar sesión y volver a iniciarla, cerrarlo y volver a abrirlo, o actualizarlo desde la configuración). Luego podrás añadir más cámaras a VSS. Si tienes algún otro problema, envíanos un correo electrónico con una captura de pantalla que muestre el problema. Gracias.
