What do I need to apply?
New FNB South Africa Limited clients will need to undergo a 'Know Your Customer' (KYC) check at any of our FNB South Africa Limited branches. FNB South Africa Limited has specific duties to prevent money laundering; such as to perform a KYC check on all our customers.
The following documentation is required:
- South Africa Passport (Foreign Nationals are required to present a valid passport or copy of relevant permit)
- Proof of residence: a recent (less than 3 months old) utility account, e.g. water or electricity
